Vixio Training Solutions provide flexible licenses that you can use in a variety of different ways. You can mix and match your courses and users based on your organisation’s needs. To find out how our licensing works and how many you need to purchase, please read the description below.

Here’s an example of how you could use your licenses. If you purchase 10 licenses you could:
- Give 1 user access to 10 courses
- Give 2 users access to 5 courses
- Give 5 users access to 2 courses
The course(s) is available via the VIXO training solutions platform
- Interactive format accessible worldwide
- Access for up to 1 year
- The duration of the course is approximately 30 – 45.
- CPD accredited (value 30 minutes)
- Downloadable CPD accredited certification upon completion

How long do I have access to the courses?
You have 12 months access to the courses, this date starts on the day you purchase the courses.
How do I access the training courses?
The courses are accessed through the VIXIO training portal, you will receive login details after you have purchased the courses.
How long do the courses take to complete?
The courses take between 25-45 minutes depending on the course subject, no prior knowledge is needed before taking the courses.
After I purchase a course subject, can I change what course I access.
When you purchase the courses you will be assigned a dedicated client value specialist who will help you access the courses, you can change the course selection before they are rolled out. But when a course has been accessed the courses cannot be changed.
Can I change users who take the courses?
Yes. If a user has not accessed the course, you can transfer access to another user.
Do I get any support?
Yes, you will be dedicate a Client Value Specialist who will help you set up the course and assist you with any other support needed throughout your contract.
Can I view training records so the regulator has evidence training has been completed?
Yes. A requested user(s) can view the administration dashboard where you can view training records which can be downloaded.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. When you pass the test section with a score of 80% you will receive a certificate which is CPD accredited, all courses will give you 0.5 CPD points.
What happens if I don’t access the courses within the 12 months.
Your access will be turned off on the contract end date.
How up to date up to date are the courses?
The courses are updated annually, which include all the latest laws and regulations.
Who writes the courses?
The courses are written by in house industry experts.
What happens if I fail a course?
You can retake the test an unlimited amount of times.
Can I customise the course content?
Yes. Please contact with your Client Value Specialist or your Account Manager to discuss your customisation options.
Can I use use my own LMS?
Yes, we do have a facility for you to host the courses on your own learning platform – please ask your Account Management team for your options
Can I carry on any courses that I don’t use in the contract term?
Course licences must be used before the contract end date.
